These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of photographs shared by Pieter van der Meer (“Photographer”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through www.vdmeer.photos (“Site”).
By accessing, downloading, or using any image published by the Photographer, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the images.

## Copyright and Ownership
